Ikemen Ramen Bar is establish since 2015 in the heart of Kensington, Calgary. Chicken Paitan Ramen has been the trend in North America for the past 10 years. The amount of cooking time is less than Tonkotsu Ramen but the flavour and texture still remain its elegant, rich and delicious. Our chicken broth are boiled for more than 8 hours and we carefully prepare our Pork Charshu and Chicken Charshu to perfection with the ramen. We also have fusion selections such as Seafood Ramen, Vegetarian Ramen, Cold Ramen so customers can enjoy all different kind of Ramen bowls.
